Well, as far as I can remember, this was an April Fool's Day joke! Highway patrols in Poland usually use Vectras, Passats and Octavias, there is only one Audi A6 (covering the A1 Motorway south of Gdansk). No-one in Poland would throw public money away just to get cars with a three-pointed star... Not to mention that Podkarpacie (where Rzeszow lies) is one of Poland's poorest regions.
